PC sudden dyspnoea after wasp sting

HPC stung 20 min ago

in right hand when eating cake

initially very quickly developing redness and swelling

now difficulties breathing

lower lip started swelling, too

always strong reaction to stings but no allergy known

PMH hypertension

obesity

hyperlipidaemia

frequent nycturia

left eye blind after accident 29 years ago

hemicolectomy for colon cancer 10 years ago

DH simvastatin

bezafibrate

captopril

doxazosin

selenium supplements

SH lives alone,

but travelling with group of 20 people

tourist from Ireland, currently on vacation

works as physicists

has 1 son

occasional smoker at parties

1 beer / day

FH brother – lymphoma

aunt – Turner’s syndrome
