PC weakness in left leg

HPC woke up with weakness

this morningworsening over the last hour => called ambulance

can’t stand on her own anymore

tingling in left arm

right side not affected

intermittent temporary visual defects in the past

PMH tuberculosis in Russia in 1994

diabetes (takes tablets)

asymptomatic haemorrhoids

generalised osteoarthritis

hepatitis C

DH Metformin

Diclofenac prn (= when needed)

SH lives with husband

retired secretary

ex-smoker (15 pack years)

occasionally vodka at family get-togethers

FH brother – died of leukaemia

mother – died of tuberculosis
