PC severe back pain

HPC started suddenly last night

when riding a horse

localised between both shoulder blades

radiating to both sides of the chest

no dyspnoea

no sweating, no nausea

painkillers since yesterday did not help

PMH breast cancer in 2009

(mastectomy / chemotherapy) but did not attend follow up visits regularly

radiation pneumonitis 2008

keloid formation postoperatively

coeliac disease

right ear deaf after otitis in childhood

polycystic ovaries syndrome

multivitamins

SH lives with boy friend

works as singer and dancer in night club

smokes 7-10 / day

regular sparkling wine but no strong stuff
