PC   fit and loss of consciousness

 

HPC  started 20 min ago when

watching TV

fit lasted 10 min

afterwards drowsy, not rousable

no tongue bite but urinary incontinence

one previous episode last year

investigations last year inconclusive

PMH    atrial septal defect repaired 20 years ago

fractures after RTA (ribs, shoulder blade, humerus)

​

DH  allergic to penicillin

vitamin pills

​

SH   lives with parents

law student

non-smoker

binge drinker at weekends

​

FH   father - glaucoma

mother – asthma, depression, Grave’s disease
