PC diarrhoea

HPC started 2 days ago

watery, about 10 times per day

no vomiting

also other people in nursing home affected

PMH Alzheimer's disease

ischaemic heart disease (IHD)

myocardial infarction (MI) 2008

shortness of breath on exertion

dizziness in the morning

urinary frequency and dribbling

SH nursing home resident

retired gardener

completely dependent in activities of daily living (ADLs)

no close relatives

non-smoker

no alcohol

DH aspirin

beta- blocker

neuroleptic

no known drug allergies (NKDA)

FH sister - died of myocardial infarction (MI)
