HPC SOB, cough, temperatures for the past 10 days (10/7)

No appetite for 10/7, hasn’t eaten anything.

Hasn’t been abroad, no sick contacts

Had a CT scan (CAT scan) which showed ‘water on my lung’

PMH High cholesterol, diet controlled

Father wheelchair user after car accident 10 years ago

SH Lives with his father, is his main carer

Non-smoker, no alcohol
