            now unable to eat solids

            feeling of food 'getting stuck'

            no pain

            hoarse voice (since 10 days)

            weight loss 1 stone in 2 months

PMH    fractured ribs 10 years ago

DH       no known drug allergies (NKDA)

SH       lives with wife

            life-long smoker

            alcohol 2 pints/night + spirits

            barkeeper

FH      uncle – pancreatic cancer
